Located just a short walk from the south exit of Tachikawa Station, the dining tower GEMS Tachikawa is home to the newly reopened Sumibiyaki Tamaya Honten on its 9th floor.

The U-shaped counter surrounding the grill offers a lively, immersive dining experience.
From the open space with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and lush greenery, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the city.

A private room for up to six guests is also available, complete with its own built-in grill station.

Enjoy charcoal-grilled cuisine centered around yakitori, along with an assortment of appetizers featuring seasonal ingredients and the chef’s daily recommendations.
